Perfect for weary travelers

The staff greeted me with warmth and made my check-in a breeze, I can appreciate that after a long journey. I had this amazing smoked finnan haddie for dinner that finally fulfilled a craving I'd had for ages.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but acceptable given the comfort I experienced.

i stayed here recently and the experience exceeded my expectations from my last visit to west drayton. the room was spacious, providing a comfortable environment for my kids to play safely. the staff were very accommodating and attentive, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable.

Convenient parking and a smooth check-in process marked a lovely experience after returning from our trip. The reception staff were welcoming and engaged in conversation about our journey. The room offered excellent comfort and every amenity we needed, making our one-night stay enjoyable. the dining options could be improved, especially with limited menu choices, and some noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable.

This place suits me perfectly with excellent wi-fi, a fitness studio, and 24-hour reception. The staff helped me find great places on my first stay, making it memorable. I highly recommend it. I'm coming back for a holiday!

Clean room, friendly staff, conveniently located near the bus stop with direct access to the underground, making it easy to explore the city, and the breakfast options were satisfying with plenty of choices.

I enjoyed a reasonable overnight stay at the Holiday Inn. The room was okay with a nice couch, and the TV was functional after some hassle. Free wifi worked well for my needs. Check-in was smooth, thanks to attentive staff despite the busy environment. The buffet breakfast hit the spot, hot and plentiful, but it could use labels for juice and milk to avoid guessing. Parking was a nightmare, though. The lot got crowded quickly and was poorly lit at night, making it challenging to navigate. Some guests parked carelessly, adding to the chaos. Another issue was the lack of fridges in the rooms, which I found quite inconvenient. My dining experience at the Terminal 6 restaurant was inconsistent. The Buffalo Wings were fine, but the Philly Cheese Sandwich was a letdown. there were some ups and downs.

The lobby's inviting décor and comfortable seating areas made relaxing a breeze during our stay. I appreciated the spacious layout, perfect for seniors. The staff were always ready to assist, enhancing our comfort while exploring the hotel.
